AWARDS FOR MERITORIOUS SERVICE
The Natchitoches Parish School Board shall grant such merit awards as may be duly established by the Board to employees to encourage and reward outstanding performance and unusual and meritorious accomplishments. Such awards shall include plaques and certificates of merit. All such awards given shall be with the express approval of the Board. Awards shall be made in a ceremonious manner as determined and developed by the Superintendent.
